Privacy
How we use your information.
Short and plain. Last updated 7 October 2026.
Who we are
Kritiq Advisory Ltd (company number 17086995) is registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are the controller of the personal information described here, which means we decide how and why it is used. You can reach us at hello@kritiq.co.
What we collect
When you ask for the full sample report, we collect:
- your email address
- your studio or game name, if you choose to give it
- the fact that you ticked the box to agree, and when
- technical details that our website host records with every form submission, such as your IP address and browser type
If you email us, we keep your message and the details you give us so that we can reply.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use your email address to send you the full sample report. Because you agreed, we also use your details to follow up about a PULSE report for your own game, and to send occasional updates about live-service health. That means a short follow-up and the odd update, not a stream of messages. If you gave us your studio or game name, we use it to make the follow-up relevant to you.
Our legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time, and it will not affect anything we did before.
If you email us with a question or about working together, we use your details to reply. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for other companies to market to you. We use a small number of service providers to run the website and send email:
- Netlify, which hosts this website and stores form submissions.
- Our email service, which sends the messages you ask for.
They process your information only on our instructions.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. One thing to know: it loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page opens, and Google can see your IP address.
Moving information outside the UK
Netlify is a US company. Where information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as approved standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address for as long as you want to hear from us. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it. We also review our list once a year and clear out addresses that are no longer needed. Messages you send us are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your question, and no longer than two years after the last contact.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information
- stop using it, or limit how we use it
- move it to someone else in a usable format
To unsubscribe, use the link in any email we send, or reply and say so. For anything else, write to hello@kritiq.co.
If you are unhappy
Please tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
